What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name and email address and, optionally, your company, phone number, town and product of interest, together with your message. To protect against spam, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise analyses interaction with the contact page, and the server records the sender's IP address.

If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated data about site visits (pages viewed, device type, traffic source), with the IP address anonymised.

Why and on what basis

We use form data only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form and steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Protecting the form against abuse is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Traffic statistics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" in the page footer.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed for correspondence and any contractual relationship, and then deleted.

Who receives it

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by our hosting and email provider and by Google (reCAPTCHA and, with your consent, Google Analytics) under Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to us at office@florinagro.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
